1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Services. ink708 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where we reasonably believe the holder is under 21.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Services are primarily intended for players who are residents of Indonesia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ink708 does not represent that the Services are lawful in your specific location, and nothing on this Platform constitutes legal advice.

2.3 Prohibited Persons. The following categories of individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, agents, directors, and officers of ink708 and its affiliates.
• Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of the above.
• Individuals who have been self-excluded or permanently excluded from the Platform.
• Individuals accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process. To access the full range of Services on ink708, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on ink708. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close them, and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ink708 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at our support email if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request account closure at any time by contacting our 24/7 customer support. Before closing your account, any remaining balance (net of outstanding wagering commitments) will be returned to your registered bank account via standard withdrawal processing.

3.5 Account Closure by ink708. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms, engagement in Prohibited Conduct, or submission of false information during registration. Where feasible, we will notify the player prior to closure.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Verification Requirement. In order to process withdrawal requests and to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices, ink708 requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You must submit clear photographs or scanned copies of the following:

• A valid government-issued Indonesian identity document: Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) or valid passport.
• A bank account statement or passbook confirming the bank account registered to your ink708 profile.
• Where requested, a selfie photograph holding your ID alongside a handwritten note with the current date and "ink708".

4.2 Verification Timeline. Under normal circumstances, KYC verification is completed within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification.

4.3 Ongoing Verification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time, particularly for large withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity, as part of our ongoing AML and fraud prevention protocols.

4.4 Data Handling. All KYC documents are ha ndled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and are never shared with third parties except where required by law or by our licensed payment processors for the purpose of transaction verification.

5. Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ink708 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and select e-wallets including OVO, DANA, and GoPay. The list of accepted methods is subject to change without prior notice, and the current list is always displayed on the deposit page of the Platform.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; please refer to the Payment Methods table on the homepage for current limits.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your ink708 account instantly. Other methods may take between 5 and 30 minutes. ink708 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in immediate account suspension and return of funds.

5.5 Deposit Fees. ink708 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ink708 bears no responsibility.

5.6 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ink708 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested by players who have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be credited exclusively to a bank account registered in the same name as the ink708 account.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount for verified accounts, though large withdrawals (above Rp 50,000,000) may be subject to additional verification steps as part of our AML procedures.

6.3 Processing Time. ink708 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours of submission. Processing times may vary based on verification status, the payment method selected, and prevailing banking hours. VIP-tier members (Gold and above) receive priority withdrawal processing. ink708 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party banking systems.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees. ink708 does not levy withdrawal fees on standard requests. Expedited processing requests for certain account tiers may carry a nominal service fee, which will be disclosed prior to confirmation.

6.5 Pending Bonus Wagering. If you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, your real-money balance and bonus balance are managed separately. You may withdraw your real-money balance at any time; however, doing so will result in the forfeiture of any active bonus and associated pending winnings.

6.6 Refused Withdrawals. ink708 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, incomplete KYC, or a breach of these Terms. Where a withdrawal is refused, we will notify you of the reason within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms. ink708 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Welcome Bonus. New players are eligible for a 100% first-deposit match bonus up to Rp 2,000,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rp 50,000. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) the bonus amount and must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet wagering requirements within this period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.

7.3 Eligible Games. Wagering requirements for most bonuses may be met across sports betting, live casino, and slot games unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Certain game categories (e.g., table poker variants, low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published per promotion.

7.4 One Bonus Per Household. One bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies. We reserve the right to limit the total bonus exposure per player at our discretion.

7.5 Bonus Abuse. ink708 employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing hedged or low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinating wager patterns with other players, or exploiting promotional loopholes. Where abuse is identified, ink708 reserves the right to void bonus winnings, close the account, and recover any associated costs.

7.6 No-Bonus Option. Players who prefer not to participate in bonus programs may opt out at the time of deposit or by contacting our customer support team. Opting out of bonuses does not affect your ability to use the Platform in any other way.

8. Gameplay Rules

8.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on ink708 — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — operate according to the rules and mechanics provided by our certified game suppliers. Random Number Generators (RNG) used in digital games are independently tested and certified for fairness.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules. For all sports betting markets including football (bandar bola — online football wagering), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and live in-play betting, the outcome of each market is governed by the official result of the relevant sporting body. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled according to the rules of the specific market type, as detailed in our Sports Betting Rules document available on the Platform.

8.3 Live Casino Rules. Live dealer games operate under the rules of the specific game variant in play (e.g., Baccarat Punto Banco, European Roulette, Classic Blackjack). In the unlikely event of a technical fault mid-game, the round will be voided and stakes returned unless the fault occurs after the result has been officially determined and recorded by the dealer system.

8.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all game types and are displayed within the game interface. ink708 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice, including in response to unusual betting patterns or significant liability exposure.

8.5 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a system error, display glitch, or manifest pricing error, ink708 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to players. No error shall constitute an offer or acceptance of a wager, and ink708 bears no liability for losses arising from such errors.

8.6 Disconnections. ink708 is not liable for bets affected by internet disconnections on the player's end. Where a disconnection occurs during a game round, the round will be settled according to the recorded server-side outcome.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ink708 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are a Prohibited Person under Section 2.3.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of game manipulation.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Platform's software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ink708 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or similar tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by ink708.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing ink708 accounts, balances, or any associated entitlements.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership. All content on the ink708 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of ink708 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited License. ink708 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. This license does not extend to any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its content.

10.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Platform's intellectual property without the express prior written consent of ink708.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability. ink708 endeavors to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our control including force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, or third-party infrastructure failures.

11.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of ink708 to any player in connection with these Terms or the Services — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Consequential Losses. ink708 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if ink708 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

11.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. ink708 makes no representation that gaming will result in winnings. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

11.5 Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and support tools. ink708 is not liable for the acts or omissions of these third parties beyond what is recoverable under our agreements with them.

12. Privacy

12.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by ink708 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

12.2 Data Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information held on your account is accurate and up to date. Inaccurate data may delay KYC verification, withdrawal processing, or result in account suspension.

12.3 Marketing Communications. By registering an account, you consent to receiving transactional communications (e.g., deposit confirmations, withdrawal notices, security alerts) from ink708. 13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 Right to Amend. ink708 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform, unless a specific future effective date is stated.

13.2 Notification. Where changes are material, ink708 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

13.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction under which ink708 operates its license.

14.2 Dispute Resolution — Informal. In the first instance, any dispute between a player and ink708 should be submitted to our customer support team via the live chat feature on the Platform. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. Players are encouraged to provide as much detail as possible, including account username, transaction references, and a clear description of the dispute.

14.3 Formal Dispute Process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, either party may escalate the matter to a mutually agreed-upon independent arbitration process. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English.

14.4 Player Rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.
